How to bake your part-baked bagels

It won’t take long for your part-baked bagels to fill your home with a beautiful aroma, and you’ll be enjoying them fresh and hot out of the oven.

  1. Turn your electric oven to 220 C, or fan oven to 210 C.

  2. Take the bagels out of all the packaging and place the amount you want to bake on a baking tray, leaving a small gap between each one.

  3. Fill the spray bottle (which has been provided and is reusable for your next order) with cold tap water.

  4. Lightly spray the tops of the bagels.

  5. Place the baking tray in the oven – the bagels don't need covering.

  6. Bake between 5 to 10 mins (all depends on your oven) until the top of the bagels have a nice brown top and a light brown bottom*.

  7. Carefully take the tray out of your oven and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting or tearing into them.

If you still want me to be by your side, you can always call me on 07792490033 and I will be more than happy to walk you through the baking.

Please freeze any bagels that you haven’t baked. When taking them out of the freezer, let them rest a few hours before baking.

*If they do turn black, you have not followed our simple step-by-step instructions. So instead of crying, just pour yourself a gin or two and enjoy the alcohol instead (I will take no responsibility if you can't control your limit)!
